Regulations of the CAREER IN AIRLINES project

  1. These Regulations constitute an integral part of the CAREER IN AIRLINES internet project, dedicated to candidates for work in airlines. They state the rules of cooperation with the administration and of work with Customers. These Regulations define the rights and obligations of the Service Provider and the Customer, related to the contract for the provision of consulting services in the CAREER IN AIRLINES project, concluded via the website at the www.avioner.eu domain, including the rules and procedure for withdrawal from the contract by the Customer.

  3. Each Customer and Consultant in the process of performing their roles, defined in this Project, is obliged to accept and apply the provisions of their obligations contained herein.
  4. By using the consultation services as a Customer, you accept the rules of these Regulations and the Privacy Policy of this website.
  5. The project is managed by the administration of the www.avioner.eu website
  6. The prices of consulting services include VAT. The VAT is 23% unless stated otherwise.
  7. The price of the consulting services in the CAREER IN AIRLINES project is displayed to the Customer during the purchase process and includes all applicable duties and taxes. The Customer bears the cost of access to the Internet.
  8. The Customer agrees to issuing and sending by the administration of the www.avioner.eu website invoices or proofs of sale in electronic form, as well as corrective invoices and duplicates in electronic form, to the e-mail address provided by the Customer at booking the consultation date.
  9. The Customer, who is a consumer within the meaning of the relevant provisions, has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons at the latest 24 hours before the time of the commencement of the consultation service, by using the "resign" functionality available in the order profile. Thus, this right expires if the Customer does not resign from the service at the latest 24 hours before the commencement of the service.
  10. In case of the Customer's resignation from the service, ATO Avioner undertakes to refund the amount due within 5 days of the resignation. The amount of the refund will be reduced by the administrative costs of setting up the session (4 Euro gross) and the costs of the return transfer to the Customer.
  11. The administration of the www.avioner.eu website also reserves the right to withdraw from providing the training service in the scope selected or purchased by the Customer if the Customer does not comply with the provisions of these Regulations.
  12. User registration in the service CAREER IN AIRLINES of the www.avioner.eu website requires the purchase of the consultation service on the "I want to fly" tab or directly from the link or banner displayed on the home page of www.avioner.eu.
  13. By creating a new account, the user undertakes to provide true data in the registration form. It is forbidden to set up several accounts by one person, or to share the account with other people. The account name (login) can only be the current e-mail address of the registering user and it must be updated with each change of the e-mail address because the website sends to users e-mail notifications of the purchased services. The account name will not be visible to other website users. The user undertakes to keep the access password to the website confidential.
  14. Launching or activation of access to the paid consultation service CAREER IN AIRLINES takes place after the payment is credited to the account of the www.avioner.eu website administration.
  15. The data stored in the consultation participant's account is not automatically deleted after the service time has expired. The consultation participant may submit a request to delete all personal data, and the administration of the website www.avioner.eu is obliged to delete the data.
  16. By registering with the www.avioner.eu, you consent to the processing of your personal data by the ATO AVIONER Training Center in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 1997, No. 133, item 883, as amended), for purposes related to using the website www.avioner.eu, sending commercial and advertising information, settling transactions and collecting general demographic information about the participants of the training. At any time, you may renounce receiving commercial information from us (including news about promotions on the site) - the service availability is not dependent on your consent to receive commercial information.
  17. Consultation Participant's complaints concerning non-performance or improper performance of the purchased consultation service should be submitted in writing and contain:
    • name and surname and contact details of the person submitting the complaint,
    • the name of the user account to which the complaint relates (e-mail address constituting the user's login),
    • the subject of the complaint indicating the circumstances justifying the claim and the name of the consultant,
    • signature of the person submitting the complaint and the date of the letter.
    The complaint should be sent by e-mail or by post to the website administration at the address provided in the "Contact" tab of the www.avioner.eu website. The complaint will be considered within 14 days from the date of receipt of the written notification, unless the relevant regulations set a different date.
  18. Consultant's responsibilities:
    • to respond to e-mail inquiries about online consultations and negotiate the dates of their implementation
    • be ready to start the meeting at least five minutes before the online meeting's commencement time,
    • conduct the meeting in English or in the Customer's native language, if it is their common language and such is the Customer's wish,
    • provide the client with reliable and up-to-date knowledge regarding the meeting's scope,
    • inform the administration of the CAREER IN AIRLINES project about the need to cancel any booked sessions at least three working days in advance.
  19. The Customer undertakes to pay the fee for the ordered service and send a bank confirmation of the transaction to the address office@avioner.eu within 24 hours of placing the order. Otherwise, the order and the lecturer's time reservation will be canceled. If the funds are credited, after the allowed time has elapsed, the customer has the option to re-purchase the service for the value of the previously transferred funds, including the purchase of the reservation at the same time, as long as the selected date is still available. In this case, the user undertakes to notify the administration by phone or e-mail about the willingness to use the funds previously transferred to buy the meeting at a different date.
  20. The Customer, deciding to purchase the service, declares that they meet the hardware requirements necessary to use the service, that is:
    • when receiving the service, they will use a desktop or laptop computer equipped with devices for acquiring and transmitting video and sound (web camera and microphone), the technical specification of which allows for smooth operation of the web browsers listed below,
    • while receiving the service, they will use an Internet connection with stable parameters, allowing for receiving and sending video and sound in a quality that does not interfere with communication with the consultant,
    • when receiving the service, they will use the current version of one of following browsers: Chrome, Firefox or Microsoft Edge
    • while receiving the service, the browser will have JavaScript scripts unblocked.
  21. The administration of the CAREER IN AIRLINES project is not responsible for any difficulties in using the www.avioner.eu website that remain on the Cusomer's side, i.e. incorrect software, hardware or internet connection.
  22. The administration makes sure that the www.avioner.eu website works reliably. However, we allow for the possibility of short technical breaks for maintenance. In case of interruptions in the work of the www.avioner.eu website during a scheduled meeting, we declare compensation by repeating the purchased consultations after prior consideration of each application. All compensation will be made at the Customer's request within five working days from the date of the failure.
  23. The administration of the CAREER IN AIRLINES project reserves the right to amend these Regulations in accordance with the relevant legal regulations. This version of the Regulations is binding.
